As a young mother and army veteran I have faced and conquered my own personal battles with PTSD, depression and anxiety. After serving in the military, struggling to find my way in corporate America and running a full service spa; I found solace and healing through the powerful practices of mindfulness meditation and hypnotherapy.
Balancing the challenges personal identity and motherhood, I emerged stronger and more resilient.
