My Life’s Story

As a young mother and army veteran I have faced and ​conquered my own personal battles with PTSD, depression ​and anxiety. After serving in the military, struggling to find ​my way in corporate America and running a full service spa; ​I found solace and healing through the powerful practices ​of mindfulness meditation and hypnotherapy.

Balancing the challenges personal identity and motherhood, ​I emerged stronger and more resilient. Drawing from these ​transformative experiences, I have dedicated my life to ​helping others overcome their own struggles.
